Compliance Programmes
Compliance programmes describe the phytosanitary requirements of an importing country for, typically, a specific commodity.
These requirements must be adhered to by New Zealand exporters to allow ongoing access for the commodity.

Onion Exports
Potato Compliance Programme
The programme identifies Biosecurity New Zealand's operational requirements for the provision of the following additional declarations:
- production site freedom from potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis and Globodera pallida) (PCN)
- area freedom from potato wart (Synchytrium endobioticum)
The programme also includes additional requirements for the provision of export certification for table potatoes (potatoes for human consumption, table or processing, not intended for planting) for export to Taiwan.
